Approval to renew “RFP #22-28 Vegetative Control Services” with the following vendors per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract, for a third (3) year of a five year (5) year contract which expires on February 22, 2024.
• Advanced Maintenance Service, LLC of Brazoria, Texas
• IVM Solutions of Auburn, Alabama
The renewal term shall be February 23, 2024 to February 22, 2025.
Further, expenditures will be funded by departments’ current and future fiscal year budgets.
