Purchase of Property from Milestone South Six Development, Ltd.

The Court hereby approves the purchase of real property consisting of approximately 0.7345 acres of land, more particularly described in Attachment 1 (the “Property”), from Milestone South Six Development, Ltd. (“Milestone”) for $800,000.
The purchase of the Property is contingent upon Milestone’s conveyance to Brazoria County at closing of fee simple title to the Property, free and clear of liens, claims, encumbrances, easements reservations, restrictions, and exceptions, other than those approved by Brazoria County, as confirmed by an acceptable title commitment and policy.
The Court further approves the payment of an earnest money deposit and broker’s fee applicable to the purchase of the Property.
Upon review and approval by the District Attorney’s Office, the County Judge is authorized to execute a purchase and sale agreement, deed, closing statement, and all other agreements and documents necessary to acquire the Property.
