Authorize Additional Match Funding for the Caney Creek Project

Ratify the attached additional funding request in connection with the Funding Agreement between Brazoria County and Wharton County for the additional expenditure of $37,500.00. Funds are for participation, administration, and local match funding for the proposed “Texas Water Development Board Flood Infrastructure” fund grant for the Caney Creek Project.
Whereas, the Commissioners Court approved County participation in the project by Court Order 6.M.11 dated January 25, 2022.
Further, a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
