Approval for the trade-in of surplus survey equipment, which will be credited towards the expenditure of new equipment from RDO Equipment Co., of McKinney, Texas in the amount of $86,546.32 utilizing the GSA Cooperative Contract number GS-07F-087BA.
In addition, the current XR equipment is outdated and needs to be upgraded to the FC-5000 and 700 data collectors.
Further, funds for the purchase will utilize the department’s approved fiscal 2026 budget.
