Approval to advertise “Request for Statement of Qualifications for Design Services for Construction Management Plan (CMP) Surfside Jetty County Park Waterfront Revitalization”.
The project will utilize National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) grant funds, GoMESA and, if needed, the department’s Fiscal Year 2026 budget funds.
Further, appoint a committee to review the proposal submittals from the persons shown below, their designee, or other persons as determined by the Court.
