Upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division, award “RFP #26-27 Medical Dental TPA, Pharmacy (PBM), and COBRA Administrative Services” to Aetna Life Insurance Company of Hartford, Connecticut, who submitted a best and final evaluated offer meeting our specifications, per the attached.
The contract term is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029, with three (3) optional one (1) year renewals. Additionally, the expenses will be paid utilizing the health benefits fund.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
