Upon successful negotiation, and pending final review by Brazoria County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD), and if necessary, the District Attorney’s Office, on behalf of CSCD, award “RFP #24-14 Drug and Alcohol Testing Services for CSCD” to Employee Screening Services of Missouri, LLC d/b/a Tomo Drug Testing of Springfield, Missouri, who submitted a responsive proposal based upon our specifications and scope of work with pricing as stated in the attached summary.
Further, if negotiations are successful, that Dr. Gregory Dillion, Adult Probation Director, be authorized to sign any and all documents necessary to execute said agreement(s) on behalf of the Brazoria County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD).
