On behalf of the Brazoria County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD), renew “RFP #23-12 Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services for CSCD” to the following vendors per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on August 31, 2025.
• Adapt Programs, LLC of Angleton, Texas
• Gulf Coast Center of League City, Texas
• Adapt Foundation dba Brazos Place of Angleton, Texas
• Bay Area Recovery Center of Dickinson, Texas
• Fort Bend Regional Council on Substance Abuse, Inc. of Stafford, Texas
• Agape Substance Abuse Programs of Angleton, Texas
The renewal term shall be September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026.
In addition, Dr. Gregory Dillon, Adult Probation Director, has been authorized to sign any and all documents necessary to execute said agreement(s) on behalf of the Brazoria County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD) per Court Order 6.Y.2 dated December 13, 2022.
