Approval to renew “RFP #23-61 Hazardous Material Mitigation and Related Services” with the following vendor for the fourth (4th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire August 21, 2026.

 

•                     Hazmat International Inc. of Conroe, Texas

 

The renewal term shall be August 22, 2026 to August 21, 2027.

 

Further, expenditures will be funded by the Fire Marshal’s annual fiscal year budget or a specific incident fund.
