Approve a price increase for “ITB #21-73 Gasoline and Diesel” to Petroleum Traders Corporation of Fort Wayne, Indiana as it pertains to the Superfund Tax for oil and petroleum products.
Effective January 1, 2026, the Hazardous Substance Superfund Trust Tax (aka “Federal Superfund Fee Recovery”) tax of $0.00405 was increased to $0.004285 cts/gal due to the annual adjustment for inflation.
Further, the increase will utilize funds from the departments approved Fiscal Year 2026 budget.
