Approval to renew with a 3% price increase for “RFP #20-01 Service Awards for County Employees” to MTM Recognition Corp. of Oklahoma City, OK for the fifth (5^th) and final year of a five (5) year contract per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire on September 8, 2024.

The renewal term shall be September 9, 2024 to September 8, 2025.

Further, expenditures are budgeted in the annual general fund fiscal year budget.
