Approval to renew “RFP #23-24 Library Books and Miscellaneous Orders” with the following vendors for the fourth (4^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on January 22, 2026.

•                     The Reading Warehouse Inc., of North Charleston, South Carolina

•                     Library Sales, Inc., dba SEBCO Books of Pembroke Park, Florida

Renew with a price increase to the following vendor as per the attached.

•                     Brodart Co., of Williamsport, Pennsylvania

The renewal term shall be January 23, 2026 to January 22, 2027.

Further, expenditures will be funded by department’s fiscal year budget.

In addition, Baker and Taylor LLC of Charlotte, North Carolina is going out of business therefore their portion of the contract was not renewed.
