Approval to renew “RFP #22-28 Vegetative Control Services” with the following vendor per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract, for the fifth (5th) year of a five (5) year contract which expires on February 22, 2026.

 

•                     IVM Solutions of Auburn, Alabama

 

In addition, renew with a price decrease to the following vendor as per the attached.

 

•                     Advanced Maintenance Service, LLC of Brazoria, Texas

 

The renewal term shall be February 23, 2026 to February 22, 2027

 

Further, expenditures will be funded by the department’s annual fiscal year budgets.
