Approve the Encroachment Agreement from Genesis Pipeline Texas, L.P., to perform Construction of the Hastings Phase II Roadways and Drainage Improvements Project within Genesis Pipeline Texas, L.P., owned Easements.
Whereas, the attached document identifies the terms and conditions for construction related activities within Genesis Pipeline Texas, L.P., Easements; and
Further, that the County Judge or his designee be authorized to sign the attached Encroachment Agreement and that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
