Approval to renew “RFP #21-60 Electronic Content Material for the Library” with the following vendors for a fourth (4^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on September 30, 2024.

Renewal term shall be October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025.
