Approve the attached Agreement for Contributions to the Manvel Annex Parking Lot Connection Project, by and between Brazoria County and First State Bank, to share the actual construction costs for the removal of barriers and construction of traversable roadway, with requisite signage and vegetation, between the parking lots located at 19323 Highway 6 and 7313 Corporate Drive.
Whereas, this project will enhance mobility and safety in the County by causing dual access points for ingress and egress to a County owned parking area.
Further, that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
