Approval to renew with a three percent (3%) increase, “RFSQ #25-22 Health Services for the Sheriff’s Office and the Juvenile Justice Departments” with Southern Health Partners, Inc., of Chattanooga, Tennessee for another twelve (12) month period, as per the attached.
The renewal term will be May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
In addition, the services will be paid for using both the Sheriff’s Office and Juvenile Justice Departments approved fiscal year 2026 budgets.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
