Amendment to General Land Office (GLO) Agreement for Surfside Jetty Park Project

Upon recommendation from Parks Director, Bryan Frazier, Brazoria County Commissioners Court approves the attached amendment to the Coastal Management Program Agreement with the General Land Office. This amendment is a zero-cost change for the County.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign related documents on behalf of Brazoria County, after final review and approval by the District Attorney’s Office Civil Division.
A certified copy of Court Order shall be sent to Brazoria County Parks Department.
