Approval to renew “RFP #21-100 Lease Plan for Books and Other Materials” with the following vendors for a fourth (4^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on December 12, 2024.

•                     Baker & Taylor, LLC of Charlotte, NC

•                     Brodart Co. of Williamsport, PA

The renewal term shall be December 13, 2024 to December 12, 2025.

Further, expenditures will be funded by the department’s annual fiscal year budget.
