Approval to add the new Alvin Annex Building, located at 248 Victory Lane in Alvin, Texas to “RFP #22-83 Monitoring of County Fire Alarms Systems” with Summit Fire & Security, LLC of Pasadena, Texas, per the same terms and conditions and pricing of the current contract.
Further, the expenditure will utilize approved fiscal year 2026 funds from the Fire Marshal’s Office budget.
