Upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office, approve FHN Financial Capital Markets of Memphis, Tennessee who is the highest ranked firm to provide broker / dealer investment services to the County Treasurer based on “RFSQ #26-04 Investment Services for Brazoria County”. Submissions were reviewed and scored by the investment committee.
Period of service shall be January 2026 to December 2026 with one (1) twelve (12) month renewal term.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
