Approval to renew “RFP #23-61 Hazardous Material Mitigation & Related Services” with the following vendor for a second (2^nd) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire August 21, 2024.

•                     Hazmat International Inc., of Conroe, Texas

The renewal term shall be August 22, 2024 to August 21, 2025.

In addition, approve the addition of miscellaneous items to the contract as per the attached.

Further, expenditures will be funded by Fire Marshal’s annual fiscal year budget or specific incident fund.
