Approval to renew with a price increase “RFP #24-18 The Purchase of Law Enforcement Uniforms, Accessories and Body Armor” with the following vendor for the second (2^nd) year of a five (5) year contract per the attached along with terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire on December 17, 2025.

•                     Fernandez Investment Group Inc., dba Cop Stop of Pearland, Texas

The renewal term shall be December 18, 2025 to December 17, 2026

Additionally, amend the contract to remove the following items as well as change the pricing structure for Uniform Embroidery-sewing and removing patches. Patch sewing and removal will now be per garment and not per patch. Pricing will change from $6.00 per patch to $8.00 per garment.

•                     5X8 Strike Plate

•                     Safariland XT03 II front and back vest

•                     5X8 Protech Impact hard plate

Further, expenditures will be funded by the departments’ approved fiscal year budget.
