Approval to amend the Village Bailey’s Prairie 2022 CDBG Park project agreement is requested to add time to complete construction and project close-out.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement upon final review and approval by the District Attorney’s Office.
