Approve a Memorandum of Agreement between Brazoria County and the Cradle of Texas Conservancy and designate the Brazoria County Parks Director as the authorized officer for purposes of the agreement.
The Court also authorizes the acceptance of donations of items, services, and monies by the Cradle of Texas Conservancy to Brazoria County for use by the Parks Department, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code §81.032.
Further, that all such donations shall be made directly to the Parks Director as authorized officer and shall be recorded by the Parks Director for quarterly reporting to the Brazoria County Auditor.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents relating to this agreement, pending review by the District Attorney’s Office.
