Approval to renew with a 6.76% price increase for “ITB #21-32 Road Materials - Surface Courses” with American Materials, Inc. of Stafford, Texas, as per the attached, for the fourth (4^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire April 25, 2024.

The renewal term shall be April 26, 2024 to April 25, 2025.

Further, expenditures will be funded by departments’ current and future fiscal year budgets.
