Approval to renew “RFP #25-58 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Support for the Sheriff’s Office” with the following vendor for the second (2^nd) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on September 9, 2026.

•                     Direct Current Preventive Maintenance LLC of Alvin, Texas

The renewal term shall be September 10, 2026 to September 9, 2027.

Further, expenditures will be funded by the department’s approved fiscal year budget.
