The Court hereby adopts the attached Revised Development Regulations of Brazoria County, Texas for Floodplain Management. The same being hereby incorporated fully by reference herein, be and is hereby approved, effective immediately and replaces all previous versions of the County’s FEMA Building Regulations.
Further, that the attached Certificate be signed and submitted to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region VI, Denton, Texas by the County Floodplain Administrator with a certified copy of this order.
