Interlocal Agreement with the City of Freeport to repair all roads as listed on Exhibit “B”, pursuant to Texas Transportation Code Sec. 251.012, and the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Tex. Gov. Code Sec. 791.001 et. Seq.
Further, that under the terms of the Agreement, attached as Exhibit “A”, the city agrees to pay all material cost for said roads attached as Exhibit “B”.
The County Judge is authorized to sign the above-referenced Interlocal Agreement on behalf of the County.
A certified copy of this order shall be forwarded to the County Engineer.
