First Amendment to Lease Agreement – Pearland WIC

Approve the attached First Amendment to Lease agreement between PCRIF Silverlake, LLC and Brazoria County for the benefit of the WIC program the term is hereby extended for an additional period of five (5) years commencing on October 1, 2025, and expiring on September 30, 2030.
The County Judge is hereby authorized to sign any documents related to this Agreement upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office.
Further, a copy of this Order be provided to the Health Department, Auditor’s Office, and the Purchasing Department.
