Authorize Contract Labor for District Courts

At the request of Brazoria County District Judges, the Court authorizes the engagement of two attorneys for contract work for the purpose of reviewing judgements at the District Court level.
Funding is available in the County’s General Fund to support this endeavor through the end of Fiscal Year 2026.
