That a public hearing be opened for the posting or adjusting of regulatory signs in Brazoria County.
The signs to be posted or adjusted are as follows:
Speed Limits
Adjust speed limits per the attached Exhibit A -
CR 1126/Angelina Dr
CR 1050/Donley Dr
CR 1049/Frio Dr
CR 1048/ Hudspeth Dr
CR 173A/Central Ave
CR 173B/Ellis Dr
Stop/Yield Signs
Add or remove stop signs per the attached Exhibit B -
CR 190A/Trail Loop W at CR 190
CR 190C/Trail Loop E at CR 190
CR 190D/Trailview Ct at CR 190
Similar Regulatory Signs
Placement of ‘No Parking’ signs per the attached Exhibit C -
CR 48 from CR 174M to CR 174E, southbound side only
Further, that the County Engineer is granted authority by the court to determine the number and locations of signs on county roads within the limits shown above as necessary to maintain roadway safety and that a certified copy of this order shall be sent to the County Engineer, the Sheriff’s Department and the Department of Public Safety.
