The Court accepts the offer of $2248.00 for the conveyance of easements to BANGL, LLC located off County Road 220, related to a pipeline project from Sweeny to Texas City.
The County Judge is hereby authorized to sign any and all paperwork to complete the conveyance after review by the District Attorney’s Office-Civil Division.
Further that a certified copy of this order be delivered to the Engineering Department.
