Upon file review by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division, approve the agreement and proposal from Kofile Technologies, Inc. utilizing the State of Texas TxMAS cooperative contract #TxMAS -23-92001 for digitization of historical Case Files for the District Clerk’s Office, per the attached proposal.
The amount of the proposal is $298,270.50 and will utilize the District Clerk’s Consolidated Records Management funds, DCSB41 - 520000 (Operating) 38360 17000.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
