Approve the attached Developer Agreement between Brazoria County and Kingsmen Sports Enterprise, LLC, for the expansion of County Road 100 and improvement of Herridge Road.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign said agreement after final review by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division.
Further, that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
