Approval to renew the service portion only of “RFP #22-43 Generator Service and Emergency Rental” with Marine Connection Services, Inc., dba Power Field Services of Dickinson, Texas for a third (3^rd) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which expires on July 26, 2024.

The renewal term shall be July 27, 2024 to July 26, 2025.

Further, expenditures will be funded by Facilities Management’s annual fiscal year budget.
