Renew RFP #24-58 On-Site Employee Medical and Wellness Clinic Provider

Approval to renew with a price increase for “RFP #24-58 On-Site Employee Medical and Wellness Clinic Provider” to Concentra Health Services, Inc., of Addison, Texas for the second (2nd) year of a five (5) year contract, per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire on April 6, 2026 for an annual cost of $897,782.00 as per the attached.

 

The renewal term will be April 7, 2026 to April 6, 2027.

 

In addition, the expenditure for the renewal term will utilize approved County funds from Fiscal Year 2026.

 

Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
