Interlocal Agreement with the City of Brookside Village No. IS27-0002

Approve the attached Interlocal Agreement with the City of Brookside to repair all roads as listed on Exhibit “A”, pursuant to Texas Transportation Code Sec. 251.012, and the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Tex. Gov. Code Sec. 791.001 et. Seq.                     

 

The County Judge is authorized to sign the above-referenced Interlocal Agreement on behalf of the County.

 

A certified copy of this order shall be forwarded to the County Engineer.
