Award CSP #24-25 Construction of the New Alvin Annex Building

Upon successful negotiations, per the request of the evaluation committee, approval to award “CSP #24-25 Construction of the New Alvin Annex Building” to the highest ranked vendor, Construction Masters of Houston, Inc., of Pearland, Texas, in the amount of $8,201,719.00.
In addition, approve an amount of $75,000.00 for estimated change orders and additional construction materials testing making the total project budget $8,276,719.00.
The total project amount will utilize American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.
Further, that the County Judge be authorize to sign any and all documents necessary to execute said contract on behalf of the County.
