Correction Deed - Cradle of Texas Conservancy

The Court hereby accepts the attached Correction Deed from the Cradle of Texas Conservancy, Inc. which corrects clerical errors.
Whereas, the Cradle of Texas Conservancy, Inc. conveyed several tracts of land to Brazoria County through Special Warranty Deed recorded under Clerk’s File No. 1988552180 of the Official Records of Brazoria County, Texas; and
Whereas, Lots 3, 6, and 7, Block 50, Quintana Townsite, according to the map or plat of said Quintana Townsite of record at Volume 32, pps. 6 et seq. of the Deed Records were conveyed to Brazoria County in that certain Special Warranty Deed; and
Whereas, Anthony Sheppard conveyed Lots 3, 6, and 7, Block 50E, Quintana Townsite, according to the map or plat of said Quintana Townsite of record at Volume 32, pps. 6 et seq. of the Deed Records to the Cradle of Texas Conservancy by Special Warranty Deed recorded under Clerk’s File No. 1986043699 of the Official Records of Brazoria County, Texas; and
Whereas, Lots, 3, 6, and 7 were incorrectly identified as being part of Block 50 rather than Block 50E in the Special Warranty Deed from the Cradle of Texas Conservancy to Brazoria County (Clerk’s File No. 1988552180); and
Whereas, the attached Correction Deed corrects this clerical error.
Further that the County Judge is authorized to sign the attached Correction Deed.
