Approval to renew “RFP #22-71 Employee Assistance Program” with Aetna Behavioral Health, LLC of Hartford, Connecticut, for an additional twelve (12) month term per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract as per the attached. The current term is set to expire on September 30, 2026. The renewal period will be October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027.
In addition, funds for services will utilize the department’s annual fiscal year budget.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
