The Court hereby approved and authorizes the County to file the attached U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Application for dredging the San Bernard River to expand the opening of the mouth of the river.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign the Application attached and any other documents pertaining to the project.
It is further order that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
