Approval to renew “ITB #23-68 Disaster Landfill Services” with Seabreeze Recovery Inc. of Angleton, Texas for the fourth (4^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on June 26, 2026.

The renewal term shall be June 27, 2026 to June 26. 2027.

Further, expenditures will be funded by the specific disaster event fund.
