Accept Amendment to the Brazoria County Environmental Health Department Regulations on the Permitting of Retail Food Stores and Food Service Establishments

That the Brazoria County Commissioners Court adopt the attached criteria for Permitting of Retail Food Stores and Food Service Establishments in accordance with the Texas Health and Safety Code, §437 and Title 25, Texas Administrative Code, §228 and §229.

 

Effective January 11, 2027, and a copy of the amendment order to be sent to Department of State Health Services (DSHS).
