Renewal of Pollution Liability Insurance

Upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office, approve the renewal from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. for “Pollution Liability Insurance” in the amount of $32,722.89. Policy period shall be March 1, 2026 to March 1, 2027.
Such expenditure will be funded by the County’s general fund for the Fiscal Year 2026 budget.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement in order to bind coverage for the renewal period; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
