Amend Court Order I.8 dated June 24, 2025 “Request for Proposal for Pavement Repairs for Silverlake Phase II” in order to change the procurement method from a Request for Proposal (RFP) to a Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP).
In addition, the procurement will continue to utilize funds from the department’s approved fiscal year 2025 budget.
Further, the original evaluation committee members will remain the same.
