The Brazoria County Emergency Management Plan is hereby amended to include the updated Annex I - Public Information.
It is hereby adopted and ratified and effective as of the date of the last signature.
The County Judge and Public Information Officer are hereby authorized to sign the Annex.
Further, the County Emergency Management is hereby instructed to update the Emergency Management Plan with Annex I and distribute the amendment to all partner cities and the Texas Department of Emergency Management (TDEM).
Further, that a copy of the same be placed on file with the County Clerk.
