Approve issuance of a purchase order after the fact for the following invoice related to a purchase made by Brazoria County Parks Department for which a requisition was not obtained prior to the purchase being made. Additionally, at the time of services, the vendor had not been approved by the county, and the invoice was not submitted timely to the Auditor’s Office to allow for proper accounting and recording of the expenditure:
Good Tides Kayaking, LLC invoice 92825 dated August 15, 2025 in the amount of $1,500.00.
This request is in accordance with Local Government Code Section 112.007 and 262.011 and Brazoria County Purchasing Policy Section IV, A, C. and I.
