Approval to amend court order H.39 “Purchase of Poll Pad Cases and Accessories” for the County Clerks Office, approved on May 14, 2024, due to a price change on the Apple iPad (64 GB) 9^th Generation software to be purchased from KNOWiNK.  The 9^th Generation iPad, originally $300.00 each, are being discontinued therefore we were upgraded to the 10^th Generation iPad at a discounted cost of $340.00 each, increasing the total price from $12,000.00 to $17,200.00.

In addition, due to the upgrade, changes in the items from Hart Intercivic were changed therefore, the overall cost increased from $39,335.00 to $45,735.00.

Further, the funds will still utilize the State’s Chapter 19 account.
