Authorize the submission of a grant application for the Department of Justice Fiscal Year 2026 Bridging Immigration-related Deficits Experienced Nationwide (BIDEN) Program, in which Brazoria County is requesting funding for the Brazoria County Regional Digital Evidence and Criminal Intelligence Initiative.
Further, the County Judge is hereby authorized to sign any documents related to the application for the Grant upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office.
